3. Patient Eligibility and Requirements
3.1 Age Requirements
- Patients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
- Adult patients must be mentally competent to consent to treatment
- For patients unable to consent, a legal guardian must provide consent

4.2 Cancellation Policy
- Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without charge
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee
- Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
4.3 Rescheduling

5. Treatment and Care
